Hand a Car Back

If you currently own a vehicle with outstanding payments on a car loan, finance agreement or a hire purchase agreement – You could be eligible to legally hand back this car without any financial penalty or repercusion.

This is great news for those who have had their vehicle stolen or whos vehicles has been involved in an accident as a total loss?   Its even better news for those who are you paying more than the cars are worth!

As soon as you register your details we will ensure your application fits within the criteria and will send you a full information pack in the post.

Once you complete the application and return the required documents there will be a one off charge upfront of £99.00 for any and all claims that are available.  At this stage we will then undertake a full case review.

If the finance agreement is flawed we will advise you when and how you can hand your car back with no penalty (if one the other hand the agreement is valid, we will refund the £99 straight back into your bank.)

Once you legally hand back your car you will have nothing more to pay and there will be no adverse rating on your credit file.   And that’s just to start with.

We then look at the whole process that was involved when you bought your vehicle, and what other products were sold to you at that time.  These could be Payment Protection Insurance (PPI), Gap Insurance, Mechanical Breakdown Cover and any other services which might have been included on your finance agreement.

All of these extra addons ultimately costed you considerably more in repayments with added interest – and if these products were mis-sold or you were given the wrong advice, insufficient advice or not enough information to make a full and informed decision – you should be eligible for a full refund plus interest plus compensation.

Your financial claim will be represented by our dedicated litigation specialists and our panel of expert solicitors who assist when the finance companies do not act in the correct way.

There are strict rules on fairness and timescales for dealing with these complaints which our experts are fully aware of.

There is nothing more in upfront costs for you to pay should we represent any complaints and claims on your behalf.

We do however charge a success fee of 20% of any successful refund or compensation we secure for you.
And you only pay us – when you get paid.  If it gets to the stage where you are entitled to compensation – This part of the process is then a no pay – no fee service.

If you have misplaced all the information required, we will contact the dealer or finance company on your behalf with a legal request for this missing information.
